The primary purpose behind this website is to provide regularly updated information to area Boat Owners on the numerous marinas, harbors, and the respective services they offer, throughout the greater Puget Sound area.
In addition, the home search tools provided here will also help area residents and potential residents to locate residential properties and vacant land currently available on the market that are in close proximity to those marinas, harbors, mooring, and launches.

After spending most of my professional career climbing the endless ladder of corporate America, and spending entirely way too much time away from home and family, I decided a change was needed. I discovered that real estate was a natural fit for my abilities and talents, and have thoroughly enjoyed my career choice ever since!
I’ve been married for nearly 30 years to the most amazing woman on the planet, and together we have raised 4 equally amazing kids.
Having traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad, nothing compares to living in the Pacific Northwest, where my family roots go deep into the rich Washington soil.
